Our perfumes are artisanal creations, crafted with rare ingredients sourced globally. Due to the natural origin of many of our ingredients, slight variations in color or scent profile may occur between batches. This is a hallmark of authentic luxury craftsmanship, not a defect.

All prices listed on the ZAYA website are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due immediately upon order placement. We accept major credit cards and digital wallet payments facilitated through our secure payment processor.

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Modifications or cancellations may only be possible within a 1-hour window following purchase.

The ZAYA brand, including but not limited to our logo, bottle design, packaging aesthetic, website design, text, graphics, and fragrance formulas, are the exclusive property of ZAYA Inc. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are strictly prohibited from downloading (other than page caching) or modifying it, or any portion of it, without express written consent from ZAYA.

We value your privacy as much as we value the mystery of our scents. Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving your experience with the ZAYA brand. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
